Planning & Customization

Yes. Every Bravo trip is customized based on the sport, destination, group size, travel goals, budget, and overall experience you want to create.

Most teams start planning 1–2 years in advance. The earlier, the better, especially for international travel, larger groups, or peak-season travel. Planning ahead gives your group the best access to flights, accommodations, event availability, and pricing. In certain circumstances, we can accommodate shorter planning timelines; however, this is not ideal, as options may be more limited and pricing may be less favorable.

Hotels in Europe and other international destinations can differ from what travelers may be accustomed to in the United States. Guest rooms are often smaller, and bed configurations may vary by hotel and country. A “double” or “twin” room may include two separate twin beds rather than two larger beds, and rooms designed for three or four guests may use a combination of twin beds, sofa beds, rollaway beds, or other European-style arrangements.

No. Bravo Sports Tours does not offer à la carte participation. Travelers joining the group must register for the full applicable land package rather than selecting individual components such as hotel accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, activities, or event access separately.
